We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't working for you, email returns@omorabeautylab.com within 30 days and we'll get you a store credit, as long as the product is new or very gently used.

Once your order ships, USPS Ground typically delivers in 1 to 5 business days depending on where you are. So start to finish, you're looking at about 4 to 8 business days from the day you order.

If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
